Yadro CEO Shelobkov heads ICS Holding – Kommersant

Alexey Shelobkov, director of the IT equipment manufacturer Yadro, which is part of the company, became the CEO of the technology company ICS Holding. This is stated in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities extract.
Mr. Shelobkov also became the general director of JSC IKS. It was previously reported that this company would become the manager of the holding.
In July 2023, the founder and head of IKS Holding, Anton Cherepennikov, died. Anton Shelobkov was then appointed trustee. In October, the first deputy head of the company, Alexey Belov, became general director.
At the beginning of February 2024, Kommersant wrote that IKS Holding began corporate restructuring. The company’s statement said that following its results, control of the group will pass to a team of managing partners and co-founders of the company.
