According to the service, at the beginning of 2024, the most non-payers were recorded in the Krasnodar and Krasnoyarsk territories, Bashkortostan, as well as in the Moscow and Chelyabinsk regions. Izvestia, citing statistics from the Bank of Russia, reported that by the beginning of this year, the debt of Russians reached 33.7 trillion rubles.
