Large-sized products are considered to be such goods, the side of which exceeds 50 cm, the sum of the length, width and height is 90 cm, and the weight is 5 kg.

The company said that such goods are only 2% of the entire range. These are mainly TVs, refrigerators, washing machines and dishwashers. At the same time, as before, their delivery to customers remains completely free, including the lifting of goods to the floor.

In May, in support of the marketplace, complaints began to be received about fines in the amount of 100 rubles. for the cancellation of each item in the order. RIA Novosti was then informed by the company that it was testing various delivery models. For example, for users with a high percentage of returns or a low redemption amount, a reverse logistics fee of 100 rubles is applied.

At the same time, the company denied the information that, according to the new rules, customers with a buyout share of less than 50% or a buyout amount of less than 40 thousand rubles. 100 rubles will be withheld. for the product in the event of a return.
