The story seemed trivial. In June 2021, the Azarovo cooperative rented real estate in the Moscow region from two companies. One of the landlords – Manarola Estates from Seychelles – after signing the contract, said that he was “in the process of registering for taxation in the Russian Federation and opening a bank account” and until then asked to wait with payments.
