In 1972-1978 he was the deputy artistic director of the ODMO. In 1979, he worked as a fashion designer in the household service system at the Moscow factory No. 19 of individual tailoring. Designed the costumes of the Soviet team for the opening ceremony of the 1980 Summer Olympics.
