CHRISTOPHE BECHU.- Obviously, this may seem counter-intuitive with our ecological objectives, in the same way that the health crisis has marked the return of plastic. But it was essential to support households in the face of the explosion in prices and this was the subject of a broad consensus in Parliament. We must succeed in building the same political consensus to redirect our funding. Not for cyclical compensation but for structural changes.
