Citydrive car sharing is one of the youngest services of its kind on the Russian market. It was formed in 2021 after the purchase by Sberbank and Mail.ru of the Youdrive carsharing company a year earlier. The development of the service takes place in difficult conditions. At first, the coronavirus pandemic made it impossible to expand in Moscow, and then, after the start of the NWO, difficulties arose with updating the fleet. Eduard Mingazhev, General Director of Citydrive, spoke about the influence of external factors on the company’s activities, the quality of Chinese cars and their maintenance, as well as the prospects for carsharing in Russia in an interview with Vedomosti.
