VTB Bank completely withdrew from the shareholders of PIK Group, in which the bank owned 12.36% of the shares. This follows from the disclosure section of the bank. Representatives of VTB and PIK confirmed the information to the publication Vedomosti. The buyer of the VTB stake is unknown.

The bank was the second largest shareholder of PIK Group after businessman Sergey Gordeev. Initially, the bank’s share was 23.7%, in 2021 it decreased to 18.75%, later the bank sold another 6.39% of the shares. At the time of the purchase of the stake in PIK Group, the cost of one share was 380 rubles. Earlier, VTB withdrew from the shareholders of the Demetra grain infrastructure holding. The share of VTB in it was about 45%.
