VTB set the minimum mortgage rate at 10.4%

VTB Bank announced the adjustment of conditions by 0.5 percentage points for its own mortgage programs. The minimum rate for applications made from October 10 will be set at 10.4%. The new conditions apply to the purchase of finished housing under construction and the refinancing program.
“To support our clients, we keep all previously launched discounts: borrowers can get a 0.3 percentage point discount for filling out an online application, using digital services on a transaction, or receiving a salary on a VTB card,” the VTB press service said.
Under the main state support program, clients can still receive funds from 6.7%, for “family” and “IT-mortgages” – from 4.7%. For large families, VTB offers mortgages at a special rate of 3% (in the Far Eastern Federal District – 0.1%), for residents of the Far Eastern regions – from 1.7%.
Simultaneously with the change in the lending policy, VTB increased the yield on four main ruble deposits. From October 1, the bank can place funds for up to 12 months with a maximum rate of up to 8.3% per annum.
