The head of VTB Andrey Kostin said that the bank is interested in buying a stake in Yandex. He joined the consortium of investors, but the share of VTB “will still be discussed.” Mr. Kostin did not specify the amount of the possible deal.
“About Yandex: we are members of a large consortium, yes,” the head of VTB told reporters as part of the Russian-Chinese business forum in Shanghai.
