According to consultants, in 2020 the company extended the lease agreement for the facility, which expired in 2021, until 2025. Who acted as the seller of the tower is not specified.
According to the publication, the facility was built by the development company Hals-development. A few years ago, the tower was purchased by an unnamed buyer associated with investment firm O1 Priorities.
Vedomosti, citing SPARK-Interfax, reports that one of the previous owners of Achilles was Maxim Yasko, a member of the board of directors of O1 Properties Finance and a former member of the board of directors of JSC Bolshevik. O1 Priorities owns the Bolshevik business center on Leningradsky Prospekt. The company declined to comment.
According to a VK representative, the purchase of the tower “will provide an opportunity to implement a number of projects to improve working conditions for employees.”
