They want to attract foreign investors with long-term Russian visas. “Business Russia” addressed the Ministry of Economic Development with such a proposal. It is assumed that businessmen who are willing to invest at least 100 million rubles in the country will be able to obtain a permit for a period of three years. In addition to the financial entry threshold, there is another important condition for obtaining such a visa – an application from one of the local business associations. There are four such structures: “Business Russia”, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs and “Opora Rossii”.
