Concern “Uralvagonzavod”, which is part of the state corporation “Rostec”, announced an additional recruitment of employees to increase production. About it informs press service of the Russian Ministry of Defense.
“We are ready to take young specialists with a technical education and train them for the professions that are in demand at our enterprise now,” the press service quotes Kirill Polyashov, head of the concern’s personnel department, as saying.
A message about the recruitment of employees and a comment by Mr. Polyashov is given in a post about the production of T-90M tanks. The publication says that “a new batch of tanks is already ready for transfer to the front”, they are being assembled “taking into account the wishes of the tankers and the experience of the special operation.” Press service of Uralvagonzavod notedthat the tank conveyor is now working around the clock.

In July, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a law on special measures in the economy in the context of a military operation. It allows the government to establish the procedure and conditions for engaging in overtime work.
