Urals oil price was $57.49 in November-December

The average price of Urals oil from November 15 to December 14 was $57.49 per barrel. About it informs Ministry of Finance.
Urals is a Russian brand of export oil mixture.
“According to the calculations of the Russian Ministry of Finance, from January 1, 2023, the export duty on oil in the Russian Federation will decrease by $26.6 and will amount to $16.7 per ton,” the Ministry of Finance also reports.
In January-September 2022, the average price was $80.58 per barrel
in January-October – $79.57 per barrel
in January-November – $78.32.
On December 5, the oil price ceiling of the EU, G7 and Australia came into force.
On December 8, the cost of Urals was $43.73 per barrel, reported Bloomberg agency. The agency noted that Urals is trading well below the ceiling set in the European Union and the G7 countries.
