The court district of the justice of the peace No. 422 of the Tagansky district of Moscow fined Twitch for 4 million rubles. The reason was the broadcast of an interview with the ex-adviser of the office of the President of Ukraine Alexei Arestovich Mark Feigin (included in the register of foreign agents of the Russian Federation). The fine was imposed under Part 2 of Art. 13.41 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (non-deletion by the site owner of information, if the obligation to delete is provided for by law), reports TASS.

This is the fifth fine that the court ordered the company to pay for not deleting prohibited information. On August 30, 2022, the court found the company guilty under a similar article and fined 3 million rubles. October 4 – another 4 million rubles, October 18 appointed two fines of 4 million rubles each. At the same time, the last three fines were related to the mentioned interview. According to the case file, the interview contained unreliable information about the actions of the Russian army in Ukraine.
