Turkish IC Ictas sold shares of Moscow-St. Petersburg route operator

Turkish IC Ictas withdrew from the capital of the Highway of Two Capitals company, which participated in the construction of a section of the M-11 Moscow-St. Petersburg highway. IC Ictas owned 10.5% in the Highway of Two Capitals through Rusmoststroy. Since March 3, this share has been owned by the general director of the Highway of Two Capitals, Alexei Nikiforov. The press service of the company said that the sale of the share of Rusmoststroy is connected with the completion of the construction of the route.
IC Ictas is part of the Turkish IC Holding. The company was the general contractor for the construction of the seventh and eighth stages of the M-11 Neva highway. IC Ictas also took part in the construction of the first phase of Pulkovo Airport and the Western High Speed Diameter (WHSD) in St. Petersburg. The total amount of disbursements for these three facilities (Pulkovo, WHSD, M-11) was estimated at about $5 billion. In 2019, the company said “b”that are interested in the construction of the second phase of Pulkovo and port infrastructure in Ust-Luga.
