The Turkish hacker group Ayyldz Tim said that it hacked the servers of the Israeli Ministry of Defense and obtained top-secret data about the activities of the ministry and its personnel. The Israeli Defense Ministry did not comment on the information.
“The group received top-secret information about the Israeli Ministry of Defense, including ongoing exercises and personnel. We keep a silent guard,” says Ayyldz Tim in a message on the social network X (formerly Twitter).
Also among their targets, Turkish hackers identified the Israeli stock exchange, the country’s energy infrastructure and dams. “Hackers are waiting for orders; when they come, attacks will be carried out,” the group said in a statement.
Ayyldz Tim was created in 2002. The hackers themselves call themselves patriots of Turkey and claim that their actions are aimed at preventing virtual attacks against the country.
