In a company announcement that cites Interfax, it is noted that a refund for tickets is possible for relatives of persons liable for military service of the first category – for parents, spouses, children. To process the return, you must provide a summons and a mobilization order. The company also asks to confirm the refusal of the citizen to apply for permission to leave the place of residence.
On September 28, the Ministry of Transport reported that Russian carriers would refund funds for unused tickets to mobilized citizens who purchased them before ads partial mobilization on 21 September. Russian airlines Aeroflot, Pobeda, NordWind, Rossiya, Azimuth reported that they were ready to provide ticket refunds for draft Russians. A similar statement was made in Russian Railways.
