Transneft has redomiciled another company from the Cayman Islands to the Russian Federation

Transneft (MOEX: TRNFP) redomiciled another of its companies, CPC Investments Company, from the Cayman Islands to the special administrative region (SAR) on Russky Island in Vladivostok. According to the data in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, which is provided by Interfaxregistration was carried out on September 26 in the village of Voevoda.
In March 2018, Transneft became the owner of the voting shares of CPC Investments Company and CPC Company, located in the Cayman Islands. On February 2, 2023, CPC Company, through which Transneft owns a stake in the Caspian Pipeline Consortium, was re-registered as a Primorye SAR on Russky Island.
Transneft is the operator of Russia’s main oil pipelines. The company transports 83% of all oil produced in Russia and about 30% of petroleum products produced. 100% of the voting ordinary shares of Transneft PJSC belong to the state represented by the Federal Property Management Agency. On the Moscow Exchange (MOEX: MOEX) preferred shares are traded. This security in absolute terms is the most expensive among liquid securities on the stock market.
