American fashion designer Tom Ford officially ceased to be the creative director of the fashion house Tom Ford after the completion of the deal for the purchase of this house by the American company The Estee Lauder Companies. In a separate press release, The Estee Lauder Companies announced the new leadership of Tom Ford. Guillaume Jeselle is appointed CEO, and Peter Hawkins is Creative Director. Tom Ford and Domenico De Sole, who has held the position of chairman of the board of directors of Tom Ford International until the end of this year, will serve as consultants for the Tom Ford brand.
