The bill affects 17 “entrepreneurial articles” of the Code of Administrative Offenses, for which it is proposed to reduce fines by half, as well as cancel the administrative suspension of activities. It was developed by the State Duma deputies from the New People.

The amendments are necessary so that entrepreneurs have more free funds to maintain and increase jobs, the authors of the bill argue.
