TCS Group (“Tinkoff” (MOEX: TCSG)) created the non-state pension fund “Tinkoff Pension”, as follows from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities. Its authorized capital will be 150 million rubles.

Chairman of the bank’s board Stanislav Bliznyuk said at the beginning of 2024 that Tinkoff Bank plans to introduce new long-term products. In February, the company registered four domains, the name of which included the abbreviation NPF. At the end of March, the Central Bank decided to register the issue of ordinary shares of NPF Tinkoff Pension.

In February, the parent structure of Tinkoff Bank, TCS Group, completed change of jurisdiction from Cyprus to Russia. As a result of redomiciliation, the “International Company Public Joint Stock Company ” TKS Holding ” was created, which was registered in a special administrative region on Russky Island.
