The ATM was created on the basis of the facilities of the technical and production company BANKOM (part of the Tinkoff ecosystem). As specified in the credit institution, both foreign and Russian components are used in the ATM. The device also has “a completely glass touch front panel, unique for Russian ATMs.”
The ATM has a standard set of functions: it can be used to deposit and withdraw cash using contactless cards, phones, QR codes. The first Odin ATM was installed in the Vodny business center in Moscow. In the coming months, it is planned to increase the network of Tinkoff ATMs by another thousand.
Since January 2023 Tinkoff will launch contactless payment with a Tinkoff Pay sticker. It can be glued to a smartphone or its case. The sticker will work on the Mir payment system, it is available for bank debit cards.
