Suitcases were their props.

In the first half of August, it became known that the playwright and poetess Lyudmila Petrushevskaya would hold so-called “cabaret performances” in three Latvian cities, in which Chulpan Khamatova and Anatoly Bely, who had left Russia, would take part. Telegram channel “Paragraph” told the details of the event held in Riga, which was attended by his “special agent”.

It is noted that the performance began with pro-Ukrainian slogans, after which Khamatova and Bely monotonously read the text from the prompter for an hour and a half. As noted in the publication, only sometimes the actors were interrupted by the sound of the train.

In addition, it is reported that all the “cabaret” actors were standing with suitcases. The publication jokingly clarified that the suitcases did not have time to sort out after leaving Russia, and acting skills were confiscated at the Russian-Latvian border.

In conclusion, the authors of the channel were left with only two questions, one of which was that it happened at all, and the second, in turn, was about how to return the money for the ticket.
