At the same time, the volume of the loan issued continues to depend on the Personal Credit Rating (PCR), the average value of which in 2022 is 352 points. This level allows the consumer to take out a loan in the amount of 100 to 300 thousand rubles, the bureau reports.

The Bank of Russia recorded a decrease in the debt burden on households in the second quarter of 2022 for the first time in seven years. The main role was played by the decrease in debt on unsecured consumer loans. Experts note that the decrease in the debt burden is not due to income growth, but due to falling consumption.
