In the fall of 2023, advertising in Telegram channels went up in price by 15-30%, representatives of communication agencies told Kommersant FM. Among the reasons for the price increase, they named seasonal growth, high demand and the law on advertising labeling. As it turns out, those bloggers who themselves are responsible for reporting on publications, fearing the mistakes of third-party companies, raised their prices the most.

In December, Telegram founder Pavel Durov reported, that over the year the number of Premium paid subscription users has quadrupled. Mr. Durov called Telegram Premium the fastest growing subscription among messaging services.
