Supervisory Board PJSC Moscow Exchange recommended to the general meeting of shareholders not to pay dividends for 2021. The decision was made in connection with the dividend policy of the Moscow Exchange, which provides for the priority of compliance with capital requirements over the distribution of dividends.
According to politics Moscow Exchange, dividends are paid subject to capital adequacy standards. For 2020, 85% of IFRS net profit was used to pay dividends.
On March 28, the Supervisory Board of the Moscow Exchange also recommended to the general meeting not to pay dividends for 2021. Then the council said that they intended to return to the discussion of the issue of payments during 2022.
