The Russian structure of the German company AG Siemens was renamed from Siemens LLC to Systems LLC, according to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities card. The owner of 100% of the business in Russia is AG Siemens.
Since 2021, the Russian structure of the company has been in the process of reorganization in the form of a spin-off. In March 2022, Siemens left Russia due to sanctions, stopped supplying products and suspended the contract with Russian Railways for the purchase of Sapsan trains.
In December 2023, Siemens reported that it had lost €600 million after ceasing operations in Russia. The revenue of Siemens LLC at the end of 2021 amounted to 26.26 billion rubles, at the end of 2022 – 6.32 billion rubles.
