Russian Minister of Digital Development Maksut Shadayev said that Russian authorities do not block foreign sites with artificial intelligence (AI) technologies. He said this at the plenary session of Artificial Intelligence Day as part of the international exhibition and forum “Russia”.
“We do not block foreign sites related to AI,” said Mr. Shadayev (quoted from TASS).
As follows from the report of the Center for Social Research and Technological Innovation at the Higher School of Economics, ChatGPT and other tools created on the basis of artificial intelligence remain underestimated in Russia. According to experts, euphoria, which was accompanied by high expectations, is being replaced by indifference and, at times, skepticism.
