The exchange rates of major currencies on the Russian market are updating multi-month highs against the backdrop of falling Russian exports. On December 22, the exchange rate of the dollar rose to an eight-month high of 72.6 rubles/$. In addition, since the beginning of the week, the dollar exchange rate has grown by more than 12%, which was the strongest rise since the beginning of July, when the rate rose by more than 23% in five days.
