Former deputy director for retail business at Rosbank, Maxim Lukyanovich, headed the retail unit at the Moscow Credit Bank (MCB), the press service of the financial organization told Kommersant.
“We will continue to work on what is MKB’s strategic priority – comfort and quality of customer service. Our products and services will become even more convenient, understandable and reliable. It is also natural that we set ourselves the task of increasing the profitability and efficiency of the business,” the MKB press service quotes Mr. Lukyanovich as saying.
Maxim Lukyanovich has worked at Rosbank since 2017. From 2001 to 2012, he worked his way up from senior economist to head of the small and medium-sized business department in the Belarusian division of the Raiffeisen group. Since February 2012, he worked at the Moscow Raiffeisenbank ZAO, where he was involved in strategy, products, processes and sales in the field of small and macro businesses. Over the years, he led the small and medium-sized business segments at MDM Bank and Bank of Moscow.
