According to Fadeev, negotiations about the participation of Bilan and Leps in the concert were indeed held, but “for objective reasons” they will not perform. In particular, Bilan has a concert scheduled for October 17 in Chelyabinsk, he added.
It is known that Larisa Dolina, Sergey Zhukov, SHAMAN, Yulia Savicheva, Igor Krutoy, Olga Seryabkina, Denis Klyaver and other artists will perform at the evening in memory of Shatunov.
