On June 30, the Central District Court of Kaliningrad, at a preliminary hearing, considered a case on the possible seizure of a 28.5% stake in the Kaliningrad Commercial Sea Port (KMTP) from the family of a State Duma deputy from United Russia Andrei Kolesnik to the state. This was told to Vedomosti by a source close to the terminal. Kolesnik confirmed to Vedomosti the fact of the trial.
The case card is available on the court’s website in the public domain, it does not contain details of the case, but it says that the case was initiated at the suit of the Deputy Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation. The defendants in the case are Kolesnik, his wife, TV presenter Marina Lysenko and mother-in-law Nadezhda Lysenko.
