The producer of “Good night, kids” received a share in “O2O Holding”

Producer of Good Night, Kids, Chairman of the Board of Directors of AVM Media Group Alexander Mitroshenkov received a share in O2O Holding, which includes Citydrive, Kitchen in the District and Samokat services. About this with reference to the data of the holding informs RBC.

As follows from the report, 99.54% of O2O Holding is owned by Ekom Tekhnologii JSC, another 0.46% is owned by Ekom Investments LLC. According to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Mitroshenkov owns 10.86% in Ekom Investments, and Yaroslav Cherednikov owns 7.23%. Legal entities were created in August last year, the newspaper notes.

O2O Holding VK and Sber were created in 2019, the companies owned 45% each, another 10% are intended for employee remuneration. In March 2021, the Financial Times reported that the companies were “on the brink of a divorce.” Since then, the shareholders announced the closure of the Citymobil taxi aggregator, sold the service to the St. Petersburg-based Trans-mission, which owns the Gruzovichkof and Taxovichkof services, and unsuccessfully tried to find a buyer for the Kitchen on the District.

In August 2022 Sberbank and VK “divorced”, wrote “Vedomosti”. It was reported that during the non-cash division of the assets of their joint venture O2O Holding, VK will receive the Delivery Club food delivery service, which it will then transfer to Yandex in exchange for its News aggregator and the Zen platform. The remaining O2O assets, including Citidrive carsharing and Samokat and Kitchen on the District food delivery services, will be transferred to Sberbank.
