The cost of June gold futures during trading on the exchange Comex (a division of the New York Mercantile Exchange) again updated its historical maximum. As of 00:03 Moscow time, gold was trading at $2,301 per troy ounce (+1.94%).
Over the month, the price of gold has increased by more than 11% and has regularly updated its historical maximum in the last three days. On the morning of April 1, the price of June gold futures on the Comex exchange reached $2286. Silver prices also reached historical highs, approaching $26 per ounce. Since the end of February, the metal has risen in price by almost 15%.
