Roughly speaking, this article prohibits counterfeiting bank cards and payments. In fact, payments can be made not only with their help. For example, if a person unlawfully takes possession of any data that allows making payments from another person’s card, because it is not necessary to have it physically, you can have the key to the client’s bank, including the client’s bank of a legal entity.”
According to the new charges, Blinovskaya faces up to 16 years in prison. Kommersant clarifies. Elena Blinovskaya was detained at the border while trying to leave Russia in April 2023. She is accused of tax evasion in the amount of more than 900 million rubles. and money laundering. As part of the criminal case, the court arrested Blinovskaya’s assets; they were valued at 64 billion rubles.
