LLC “Holding Company ”Interros”” became the owner of MK “LLC ”Interros Invest”” registered in Russia. Previously, the owner of HC Interros was the Cypriot offshore Interros Ltd. Changes in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities occurred on January 30.
January 16 Interros Ltd was re-registered in an offshore zone on Russky Island and changed its name to Interros Invest. Thus, the transition of HK Holding to Interros Invest is the result of re-registration from the Cyprus offshore to the Russian one.
Interros owner Vladimir Potanin saidthat the company was re-registered on Russky Island, as the group plans to become an anchor investor in the Far East.
