The main shareholders of the company are the founder of “Red and White” Sergey Studennikov (he owns 45%, another 4% belongs to his wife Elena Soboleva), as well as the owners of “Bristol” Igor Kesaev (37.25%) and Sergey Katsiev (7.69% ). In similar shares, they also own the Cypriot holding.
Studennikov opened the first Red and White store in Kopeysk in the Chelyabinsk region in 2006. By 2018, the network with a revenue of 301 billion rubles. ranked second in the country in terms of the number of outlets, overtaking “Magnet“. The closest competitor of Red and White was the Bristol chain, which since 2012 has been developed by Kesaev and Katsiev.
