The owner of “Vkusno – and the point” will buy out the logistics partner of McDonald`s

Businessman Alexander Govor, the owner of the Vkusno-i Tochka network, will buy out 100% of the Russian assets of the logistics company HAVI Logistics (LLC Rulog). As part of the deal, Mr. Govor’s company will move 14 distribution centers.
As reported in the press release “Vkusno – and the point”, which Kommersant has, the deal will be completed after receiving the approval of the Federal Antimonopoly Service. All assets will belong to JSC “Logistics – and the point.” According to Alexander Govor, the purchase of the company will ensure uninterrupted supplies to all points of the network.
HAVI Logistics was founded in 2003. The founder of the company is Havi Global Logistics GmbH, registered in Germany. Its CEO is Russian Christian Novak. At the end of 2021, the company’s revenue amounted to 70 billion rubles, net profit – 13 million rubles. HAVI distribution centers have been operating on the Russian market since 2008. The company provides logistics services to McDonald`s, British Petroleum, IKEA, Nordsee.
The McDonald`s restaurant chain officially announced its complete withdrawal from the Russian market and the sale of all its assets in Russia on May 16. The abandonment of the Russian market cost the company 28% of its revenue. The network was acquired by entrepreneur Alexander Govor, who managed 25 McDonald`s restaurants in Siberia under a franchise.
