The Italian company Teddy Group, which owns the clothing brands Terranova and Calliope, plans to develop another of its brands in Russia – Rinascimento. Brand representative Tatyana Minaeva in conversation with RBC said that the first Rinascimento clothing store has already opened in the Moscow Evropeisky shopping center.
A representative of Evropeisky confirmed to RBC the opening of the store. According to him, the area of the boutique was more than 90 square meters. m. Tatyana Minaeva said that the brand intends to open other retail outlets in Russia. Ms. Minaeva did not specify the number of stores planned for opening and their location.
Teddy Group was founded in Rimini in the 1960s. It owns the brands Terranova and Calliope, as well as the men’s clothing brand QB24, which is not represented in Russia. The group’s turnover for 2022 amounted to a record €671 million. RBC notes that about 20 new Terranova and Calliope stores have opened in Russia over the past two years. Before the opening of the first store in Evropeisky, the Rinascimento brand was available on the Russian market only on the Lamoda online platform and in Stockmann.
