The number of ads for the urgent sale of apartments in the secondary market breaks records

In the secondary real estate market of large cities, the share of ads with urgent sales of apartments for the first time reached 4%, calculated CIAN.Analytics experts. In absolute terms, the number of such ads was 12.5 thousand, which is 85% more than at the beginning of March 2022, and is the highest figure of all time.
Krasnodar (1.7 thousand), Moscow region (1.4 thousand), Moscow (1.34 thousand) and St. Petersburg (1.2 thousand) are leaders in the number of apartments with urgent sale announcements. In terms of the share of urgent sales in the total number of ads – Makhachkala, Stavropol, Krasnodar and Rostov-on-Don.
CIAN recorded two waves of urgent sales in 2022: from March to mid-July and from mid-September to the present moment. The most expensive new rush advertisements hit the market in the early days of partial mobilization.
