The new owner of 20% of the PIK group transferred the shares to his subsidiary ElementProf

Central Trust Company transferred 20% of the shares of the PIK group of companies (MOEX: PIKK) to its subsidiary – the ElementProf company. This follows from messages on the website of the Center for Corporate Information Disclosure.
According to an extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Tatyana Pavlichenko was appointed general director of ElementProf on October 3.
October 6 PIK reportedthat the group’s shareholder Sergei Gordeev reduced his stake from 52.49% to 32.49% and thus ceased to own a controlling stake. In September 2022 he left position of General Director of PIK.
20% of the shares were transferred to the Central Trust Company, which manages the closed-end mutual investment fund Institutional Investments in Residential Real Estate Fund No. 1.
