On August 1, the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) approved the application of Corporate Center X5 LLC (part of X5 Group) on the acquisition of a 100% stake in the authorized capital of Viktoria Baltiya LLC (operates stores in Moscow, the Moscow and Kaliningrad regions). To complete the transaction, the latter must transfer retail facilities in Dolgoprudny near Moscow to third parties, since X5 Group already occupies a 25% market share in this city.
