The net profit of DOM.RF Bank for the year increased by 18% – Kommersant

The net profit of Bank DOM.RF according to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) for 2023 increased by 18%, to 29.3 billion rubles. This is stated in the published financial reporting jar.

The bank’s net interest income increased by 30%, to RUB 64.3 billion. Net commission income remained at last year’s level – RUB 4.6 billion. The bank’s expenses on reserves increased by 9%, to 12.6 billion rubles, and on administrative and business expenses – by 30%, to 17.7 billion rubles.

The bank’s assets increased by 41% over the year, to RUB 2.6 trillion. The bank’s mortgage loan portfolio grew by 54%, to RUB 490 billion. The project financing portfolio increased by 63%, up to 1 trillion rubles. Individuals’ funds in bank accounts almost doubled and amounted to RUB 269 billion. The influx of funds from legal entities amounted to 34% – up to 1.1 trillion rubles.

Bank DOM.RF is a mortgage and construction bank. Part of the group of the development institute DOM.RF. The bank took tenth place in terms of assets in the Interfax-100 ranking at the end of 2023. Net profit of the DOM.RF group according to IFRS for 2023 reached record 47 billion rubles.
