Moscow Exchange (MOEX: MOEX) will include ordinary shares of the Europlan leasing company in the “first level” of the list of securities from March 29. The issuer’s ticker is LEAS. The decision is stated in message Moscow Exchange.

Europlan earlier this week announced about the intention to conduct an IPO on the Moscow Exchange before the end of March. The sole owner of the leasing company is the SFI investment holding.

Kommersant’s sources expect the start of Europlan’s IPO next week and the placement of 10-15% of shares. The market considers the price of Europlan to be fair at 60–80 billion rubles. The IPO volume could reach up to 12 billion rubles. and will be comparable to the largest placements of 2023.
