The head of the State Duma Committee for the Protection of Competition, Valery Gartung (Fair Russia), asked Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Industry and Trade Denis Manturov to allocate an additional 5 billion rubles in 2023. from the government’s reserve fund for the program of preferential leasing of wheeled vehicles (TC). Vedomosti got acquainted with the document sent on April 4.
Hartung’s letter refers to trailers, semi-trailers, superstructures (of various types of bodies) on automobile chassis and trucks. The text of the letter was prepared jointly with the general director of the Spetsavtoprom association Denis Kudryavtsev (he confirmed this to Vedomosti).
