The Ministry of Finance, within the framework of the Strategy for the Development of the Financial Market until 2030, has prepared a draft program for long-term savings of citizens. It involves state support in the form of a tax deduction in the amount of up to 52 thousand rubles. annually, co-financing contributions in the amount of up to 36 thousand rubles. per year and investment insurance in the amount of 2.8 million rubles.
“Long-term savings are formed by a person independently through voluntary contributions, maternity capital, as well as the transfer of the generated funds of citizens to the funded part of the pension,” RIA Novosti quotes an excerpt from the press service of the Ministry of Finance.
Control over the investment of funds will be carried out by the Bank of Russia, however, it is possible to conclude agreements with several operators. The program will allow you to receive additional income after retirement or in case of special life situations – before its appointment.

Today, December 9, members of the Public Council of the Ministry of Finance discussed draft program of long-term savings of citizens. “The long-term savings program developed by the Ministry of Finance and the Bank of Russia is aimed, on the one hand, at obtaining additional income for citizens in the future, and on the other hand, at stimulating sources of domestic financing for the economy,” said Finance Minister Anton Siluanov.
