Russia sees a significant potential for increasing the supply of petroleum products and metals to Vietnam, said Deputy Minister of Economic Development of Russia Vladimir Ilyichev at the business forum Russia-Vietnam: New Opportunities and Promising Areas of Cooperation.

Trade turnover between Russia and Vietnam should reach $10 billion by 2025, declared earlier today, Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Chernyshenko during a meeting of the Russian-Vietnamese intergovernmental commission on trade, economic, scientific and technical cooperation. During the meeting, Chernyshenko proposed opening National Tourist Offices in the two countries, and also invited Vietnamese teams to participate in the international phygital tournament, which will be held in Kazan in 2024.
