The Ministry of Digital Development plans to launch a chatbot ChatGPT on the State Services service in 2024 to provide consultations to users, follows from the presentation of the head of the department, Maksut Shadayev. Using ChatGPT, you can receive help information.
ChatGPT is an artificial intelligence chatbot developed by OpenAI. It was launched in November 2022.
“Public services will be provided online. This means that the result will be displayed at the time of request. At the same time, we believe that it is necessary to develop proactive services that can be provided without request, and all consultations should be performed by ChatGPT, filling out the necessary applications for the person,” said Mr. Shadayev at the Digital Almaty 2024 forum (quoted from “RIA News”).
Maksut Shadayev also said that the digital assistant of the State Services “Max” processed more than 450 million requests in dialogue mode. It was launched in September 2021 and processes approximately 1.5 million user requests per day.
In 2023, the audience of artificial intelligence services in Russia increased 3.5 times, and their mobile traffic tripled. The most popular neural network in Russia was “Masterpiece,” which Yandex launched in April 2023.
