The Ministry of Digital Development is discussing the export of Gosuslug technology to friendly countries

The head of the Ministry of Digital Development, Maksut Shadayev, said that Russia is discussing the possibility of exporting the domestic Gosuslugi platform. He told the Rossiya-1 TV channel about this at the Digital Almaty 2024 forum, which takes place in Kazakhstan.
“We are the first who have made a complete platform (of public services –“Ъ”), free from any closed products. In this sense, our platform can be easily implemented; no license fees are required. Therefore, we are discussing, among other things, the export of our platform to friendly countries,” said Mr. Shadayev.
During his speech at the forum, the head of the Ministry of Digital Development said that the public services portal has become the fifth digital ecosystem in Russia in terms of traffic scale. The number of daily active users of the platform is 10 million people.
The day before, Mr. Shadayev stated, that in 2024 artificial intelligence will be introduced into the work of State Services using Generative Pre-trained Transformer (GPT) technology. With the help of a chatbot, it will be possible to obtain information and advice on government services and the operation of the service.
